The Delray Beach CRA requests proposals from interested parties for the purchase and renovation, or redevelopment, of three properties, owned by the CRA (the redevelopment sites). The redevelopment sites are located on the east and west sides of SW 12th Avenue, between SW 2nd Street and SW 3rd Street. The properties are zoned RM (Medium Density Residential). Each property is approximately 50’ X 135’ (6,750 sq. ft.) and contains a 1,320 sq ft. duplex (660 sq.ft. per unit) with back-out parking onto SW 12th Avenue.
