The Delray Beach CRA a few grant programs to residents and community groups within the CRA District. These community grants encourage job creation and property improvements, which ultimately enhance the quality of life for Delray Beach as a whole.

Community Sponsorship Program
The CRA makes small annual grants—up to $1,500—available to nonprofit community and cultural groups on that provide ongoing services that support the CRA mission within the CRA District.

Curb Appeal Program
This program offers up to $10,000 to make minor structural and cosmetic exterior improvements to single-family homes in the Northwest and Southwest Neighborhoods in the CRA District.
