The Delray Beach CRA is seeking nonprofit organizations to lease one 875 SF condominium office space on the first floor of West Settlers Building, at 135 NW 5th Avenue. The length of the lease shall be for twelve (12) months, with a maximum one year renewal option.

The space is a prime location on the NW 5th Avenue commercial corridor in the West Settlers Historic District in Delray Beach. In reviewing proposals, the Delray Beach CRA will consider appropriate use of the space, community impact, and organizational stability of organizations submitting proposals. Submissions must be delivered to the CRA office on or before 2p.m. on July 16, 2010.
