The Delray Beach CRA has issued a request for bids (RFB) for the construction of a parking lot on property located at 95 SW 5th Avenue, Delray Beach,Fla. The project generally consists of the following: site work; grading; pervious paver parking area; concrete sidewalks; decorative LED lighting; landscape materials; low volume/drip irrigation system; and site furnishings.

Proposals are due to the Delray Beach CRA office, 20 N. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida, 33444, by 2:00pm on Thursday, August 12, 2010.
