The Delray Beach CRA is requesting proposals from interested parties for the purchase and redevelopment of ten (10) residential properties owned by the CRA, within the Northwest and Southwest Neighborhoods of the CRA District of the City of Delray Beach, Florida. It is the CRA's intention to dispose of said properties to a qualified not-for-profit entity(ies), for the purpose of providing affordable/workforce housing, and to enter into an agreement with the successful proposer in order to provide for-sale single family housing that is either restricted on a long-term basis for affordable/workforce housing. It is the CRA’s intent to ensure that the properties are developed with quality interior and exterior designs. Where streetscape improvements exist, with on-street parking and improved alley access, the design must be in accordance with new urbanism design principles.

Proposers are required to submit one (1) unbound original and ten (10) copies, sealed and marked on the outside of the package “Redevelopment Proposal for CRA Owned Single Family Residential Property”, delivered to the CRA office located at 20 North Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444 on or before 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.
