The Delray Beach CRA has a continued interest in identifying property that could benefit from economic redevelopment capabilities of the CRA and acquiring property for the purposes of redevelopment and to further stimulate economic stability in the area as specified in the Community Redevelopment Plan. Therefore, the CRA is seeking a qualified individual or corporation to work closely with the CRA’s Development Manager in handling all aspects of the agency’s property acquisition and assembly program. The responsibility involves extensive research, as well as, contact with the development and business community for the purpose of identifying properties coming to market via tax deed sales, foreclosure sales, bank owned property sales, etc.
