Mission Statement The West Atlantic Redevelopment Coalition is a community-based organization of business and property owners for the purpose of encouraging community and economic development throughout the West Atlantic Avenue corridor. The West Atlantic Redevelopment Coalition was created by the CRA in 1996. 501 (c) 3 was granted in 1998. West Atlantic Agreement was approved in 1998, authorizing the joining of forces (WARC/CRA) to administer a program for West Atlantic Avenue. It is an autonomous organization that was primarily established to pursue granting opportunities that CRAs cannot qualify for under the current guidelines.
