The WARC Board
WARC is governed by a nine-member volunteer board that provides leadership and oversight for redevelopment efforts in the West Atlantic Area. Board members are long-time community members who are either former or current business owners, or who represent West Atlantic property owners. The current members are:

Meetings
WARC meetings are held monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Delray Beach Police Department. The meetings are open to the public, and we encourage your attendance and participation.
WARC Committees
In order to focus on specific goals and objectives, WARC has formed three committees to address its short-term, long-term, and ongoing goals. Each WARC member serves on at least one committee. Each committee meets separately once a month to discuss specific programs.
- Business Development Committee - This committee works to raise awareness about WARC in the West Atlantic Redevelopment Area; to facilitate dialogue sessions between merchants in the area; to encourage these merchants to participate in the implementation of the West Atlantic Redevelopment Plan, the Downtown Master Plan, and other citywide redevelopment initiatives that impact the West Atlantic corridor. This committee will also work to provide the CRA Board with supplemental references on decisions impacting development in the West Atlantic area.

- Marketing & Promotions Committee - This committee is working to develop an ongoing marketing initiative for the West Atlantic corridor, encouraging area businesses to collaborate in their individual marketing campaigns, and developing special promotions and events that will attract residents and visitors to the West Atlantic area.

- Grant Programs Committee - This committee is working to develop a standardized grant program and application process that will be available to merchants in the West Atlantic Redevelopment Area, to develop a sponsorship program to support events in the West Atlantic area, and to investigate other grant opportunities that may be available to WARC.
